HEART4 MEXICO / NANA'S HOUSE

We’re excited to share that we have officially broken ground and will begin building
Phases One and Two of our Education Center in 2026.

The Vision

Our primary objective is to build an Education Center that will eventually serve up to 150 students, from kindergarten through high school.
The Center will provide quality education for the children of Nana's House while opening the door to serve children and families throughout the surrounding community.
The need and the opportunity are growing fast. Approximately 1,000 new housing units are being completed within steps of Nana's House, bringing hundreds of new families into our immediate neighborhood. The Education Center will position us to reach these families through education, children's programs, community outreach, and more.
To keep this project financially manageable and get facilities into use as quickly as possible, we have divided construction into five phases.

The Five Phases

Phase 1 — Reception, Restrooms, and Café/Classroom: Phase 1 covers the architectural plans and permits, along with construction of the reception area, restrooms, and a multipurpose café/classroom seating approximately 50 people. This phase lays the foundation for the entire Education Center and creates usable space while construction continues around it. Phase 1 is already well underway.

Phase 2 — Multipurpose Auditorium / Basketball Court: A covered multipurpose building built around a full-size basketball court. Walls and a roof will turn the court into a large, flexible auditorium for physical education, assemblies, conferences, performances, children's programs, community outreach, and other large gatherings.

Phase 3 — First-Floor Classrooms: Four classrooms on the first floor, plus additional restrooms and storage, allowing the Education Center to enroll more students and expand its programs as demand grows.

Phase 4 — Second-Floor Classrooms: Four more classrooms, completing the primary classroom construction. Two of these will be larger rooms capable of holding more than 50 students each, giving us flexibility for bigger classes, Mission Training School instruction, seminars, and other events.

Phase 5 — Parking and Landscaping: Completes the campus with parking and landscaping, providing safe, practical access and finishing the overall grounds.

Developing the Education Center in phases lets us move forward steadily and responsibly, with each phase opening usable space well before the whole project is complete.

Our goal is bigger than a building. We want to create a place where children can learn, young people can be trained, families can be served, and the surrounding community can be impacted for generations.
